About IJAR
The Indian Journal of Applied Research (IJAR) is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access monthly journal that publishes original applied research from scholars, academicians, professors, research scholars and industry practitioners across every field of study. Serving the research community since 2012, IJAR provides a credible, widely indexed platform for disseminating rigorous, application-oriented scholarship.
Aims & scope
IJAR welcomes original research papers, review articles, case studies and short communications across the full breadth of applied disciplines — from medical and life sciences to commerce, law, engineering, education and the social sciences. The journal is committed to advancing knowledge that has demonstrable real-world application and to making that knowledge freely available to readers worldwide.
Open access & licensing
Every article is published open access under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) licence. Authors retain copyright, and readers may freely read, download and cite all content with appropriate attribution. Each accepted article is assigned a registered Crossref DOI for permanent citation.
Peer review
Submissions undergo double-blind peer review by subject-matter experts drawn from the journal's editorial and advisory boards. Reviewers assess originality, methodological soundness, clarity and contribution to the field, returning recommendations against a transparent timeline so authors are never left waiting without word.
Publication ethics
IJAR adheres to established norms of publication ethics. All submissions are screened for plagiarism prior to review; misconduct — including data fabrication, redundant publication and undisclosed conflicts of interest — is taken seriously and handled in line with best practice.
Indexing & abstracting
