• The manuscript does not contain plagiarized content, fabricated data, or any material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Proper acknowledgment has been given for all sources, data, and prior work cited.
• Any required ethical approvals (e.g., IRB, animal ethics) have been obtained and are disclosed in the manuscript.

IJAR reserves the right to reject or retract any manuscript that fails to meet these standards, at any stage of the publication process.

4. Publication Charges

IJAR levies publication charges to cover manuscript processing, peer review administration, typesetting, and archiving costs. Applicable fees are detailed on our Publication Fees page.

All publication charges are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This applies regardless of the outcome of peer review or any subsequent decision to withdraw the manuscript. Authors are encouraged to review all fee information carefully before submission.

5. Copyright & Licensing

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors are required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA). IJAR holds copyright over all published articles unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

Accepted articles are published under an open-access model. Readers may access, download, and share published articles for non-commercial, educational, or research purposes, provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors and IJAR.

Any commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution of published content without written permission from IJAR is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the IJAR logo, journal branding, website design, text, graphics, layout, and software — is the intellectual property of IJAR or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
